Willow is just 3 years old and suffers from intestinal failure. This means She is fully reliant on being fed intravenously directly via her heart (TPN).
Willow’s family are fundraising to raise enough money to make adaptations to their house to make Willow’s life more comfortable.
Tia has kindly created some Bag Charms, they are pink and feature 2 tiny feet to represent Willow’s Journey.
