The Power of Kindness

At Tia’s Treasures, we believe kindness is contagious. No act of kindness is ever too small, and we’re proud to carry out Random Acts of Kindness alongside our fundraising efforts.

We’re always on the lookout for like-minded people – those who believe in kindness, inspire hope, and show generosity in both words and actions. If that sounds like you, you’re one of us!

Our growing team of Kindness Treasure Hiders, spanning all ages and based mainly in Norfolk and Suffolk (with some even farther afield!), help us deliver kindness wherever we can.

We create and distribute sealed Random Treasures of Kindness Treasure Packs, each containing:

A treasure

A rainbow-themed slip

Eco-friendly biodegradable packaging

These Treasures have been discovered in places as far-reaching as England, Scotland, France, Spain, Germany, Turkey, New Zealand, and the USA. Sometimes we hand them directly to someone who needs a boost; other times, we leave them for people to find by chance.

If you answered YES, here’s how you can become a Tia’s Treasures Kindness Treasure Hider

1. Create a handmade treasure

(It doesn’t have to be beads! You might prefer drawing, crocheting, knitting – any creative talent counts.)

2. Add a rainbow themed slip

Pick up slips and bags from Tia’s Treasures Treasure Shed in Gorleston-on-Sea, or

3. Package your treasure

Place the slip and treasure inside a bag, or attach the slip to the item.

4. Seal it up

5. Give it away

Either hand it to someone or leave it somewhere for a lucky stranger to find.

6. Feel amazing!

Enjoy that warm, fuzzy feeling – then do it all over again.

7. Spread the word so the Treasure Hunters can go in search of Treasure
